Reconstitution Protocol

  1. Ensure sterile work environment with proper PPE and clean surfaces
  2. Allow peptide vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature
  3. Remove caps and clean rubber stoppers with alcohol wipes
  4. Draw calculated amount of bacteriostatic water into syringe
  5. Inject water slowly into peptide vial at 45° angle, letting it run down the glass wall
  6. Gently swirl (do not shake) until powder is completely dissolved
  7. Label vial with date, concentration, and storage instructions
  8. Store in refrigerator (2-8°C) and use within 28 days
