Why It Matters

Why >99% purity is a floor, not a ceiling.

Purity in research compounds is not a preference — it is a variable. Below >99%, you do not know what you are working with. Impurities affect results, compromise data integrity, and make every other variable unreliable.

We hold every compound to >99% HPLC-verified purity as a minimum standard. Not an average. Not a best-case result. A floor that every batch must meet before it ships.

Most vendors do not hold this standard consistently because independent testing costs money and publishing results creates accountability. We test. We publish. You verify.

  • Independent lab. No affiliation.
    Testing is performed by a certified third-party analytical laboratory with no financial relationship to Velocell. We cannot influence the results — which is exactly how it should work.
  • Batch-level testing, not product-level.
    We do not test one batch and certify the product category. Every individual batch receives its own COA with its own batch number. Results are specific, traceable, and verifiable.
  • Supplier COAs are not our COAs.
    Supplier-provided documentation has an obvious conflict of interest. Our testing is ordered and paid for by Velocell, performed independently, and published without editing or selection.
  • Expanding testing as we scale.
    Endotoxin testing is already standard on every batch. Sterility and heavy metals testing is expanding across our full catalog. We publish our current protocol honestly — including what we are still building toward.

Every compound in our catalog was selected because the research literature supports it. We do not add products because they are trending. When something new enters our catalog, it goes through the same testing protocol as everything else.
